Governance Framework development includes policy workshops, template creation, and implementation planning. All engagements conclude with deliverable review and handover sessions.

The AI Maturity Diagnostic usually takes 2-3 weeks from initiation to final report delivery. Roadmap Development typically spans 4-6 weeks, depending on organization size and stakeholder availability. The Governance Framework generally requires 3-4 weeks. These timelines assume reasonable stakeholder availability and can be adjusted based on your scheduling constraints.
